Acceptable Use Policy
What is and isn't allowed when using Virbnb's services.
This document is a plain-language template provided for transparency and must be reviewed and finalised by a qualified legal adviser before launch. It does not yet constitute the final binding terms.
Lawful use only
You may use Virbnb's services only for lawful business purposes. You must not use our address, mailbox, domain or website services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any activity that breaches Malaysian law.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate, current information for company registration, registered-office and compliance services, and keep it up to date. Regulated services depend on correct information.
Address & mailroom use
The business address and registered-office services must be used only by the registered customer and only for the purposes permitted for your business type. Misrepresenting your eligibility is prohibited.
Domains & websites
You must not register domains or publish website content that infringes intellectual property, impersonates others, or distributes malicious or unlawful material.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate services that breach this policy, and are required to cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and regulators.
