Yes. Domains are registered in your name and you can transfer them out at any time. Virbnb never registers a customer domain under its own ownership.

Virbnb coordinates your incorporation and the regulated secretarial work is performed by a licensed company-secretary partner. Company and name approval are subject to SSM; we don't guarantee approval or processing times.

No. There are no desks, meeting rooms or leases. The former virtual-office address is now a digital mailbox — mail is received, scanned and managed entirely online.

Transparently. Government (SSM) fees, domain-registry charges and third-party subscriptions are itemised separately from Virbnb's professional fees.

It depends on your business type and each authority's rules. Registered-office, banking and licensing eligibility are assessed case by case — we don't claim every address is automatically accepted for all purposes.

Your request is saved and handed to TUG with your requirements and campaign attribution intact. TUG follows up to scope and quote — submitting a request does not itself generate a fixed quotation.

Domains, business email, compliance and other subscriptions renew from a single dashboard, and we remind you before anything lapses. You can turn auto-renew on or off.

Yes. You can cancel eligible subscriptions and request domain transfers out. Specific terms are set out in the Terms of Service.
