How Virbnb collects, uses, stores and protects your personal and corporate information.
This document is a plain-language template provided for transparency and must be reviewed and finalised by a qualified legal adviser before launch. It does not yet constitute the final binding terms.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide to obtain our services — such as your name, contact details, company information, and identity or corporate documents required for regulated services.
We also collect limited technical and campaign-attribution data (such as UTM parameters) to understand how customers reach us.
How we use your information
To provide and coordinate the services you request, to communicate with you, to process payments and renewals, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Website requirements you submit are shared with our technology partner, TUG, solely to prepare your website proposal.
How we protect it
Identity documents and corporate information are treated as sensitive. We use access controls and are not stored behind public links. Access is limited to those who need it to deliver your services.
We never store raw payment-card details; payments are handled by a compliant payment provider.
Sharing with partners
Regulated services are fulfilled by licensed partners (for example, a licensed company secretary). We share only the information necessary for them to deliver the service you requested.
Your rights
