Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Virbnb's platform and services.
This document is a plain-language template provided for transparency and must be reviewed and finalised by a qualified legal adviser before launch. It does not yet constitute the final binding terms.
Our role
Virbnb provides and coordinates online business services. Certain regulated services — including company-secretarial and incorporation work — are performed by appropriately licensed partners. Virbnb does not itself perform regulated secretarial work unless legally authorised.
Fees and payment
Prices marked "from" are starting points; final fees depend on your requirements and third-party charges. Government fees, registry charges and third-party subscriptions are shown separately from Virbnb's professional fees.
All charges are shown before payment or work begins. Custom website work is scoped and quoted separately by TUG.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee company or name approval by SSM, domain availability, bank-account opening, or specific processing times. Outcomes depend on the relevant authorities and third parties.
Domains
You remain the legal registrant of any domain registered through us and may transfer it out subject to registry rules. Domain registration and renewal are subject to registry terms and pricing.
Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
Recurring services renew until cancelled. You can manage auto-renewal and request cancellation of eligible services from your account. Some services have minimum terms set by fulfilment partners.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
